Love these gentlemen, use their other 2 cookbooks all the time and will use this one as well. Great food and always fun to watch them on you tube, they are two of the happiest people ever.
I first found these guys through their youtube channel, and was excited to see they had cookbooks. They're always mentioning their videos that you can substitute things and change up seasonings to create new tastes. Their recipes are easy to follow and easy to tweak to fit your tastes. It made my transition to plant based foods much easier.
I absolutely love the books from these two amazing men. They have inspired a nationwide change by simply being themselves and sharing what they love. Their sense of community and bringing people together through food has spread far and wide and I couldn’t recommend this book more. If you want a beautiful book with fantastic recipes and just full on happiness then this is for you!

This is a wonderful vegan cook book! Weve cooked all the curries and some of the other dishes so far. Every single one has tasted excellent and been super easy to make! There’s also lots of helpful tips about nutrition, food prep, etc. 5/5 my favorite vegan cookbook!
My picky kid has gone back for seconds of everything I've made from this cookbook so far. He's even helped with the cooking!
